Courtyard Oasis
One of the things we enjoy most is seeing our saunas become part of something much bigger.
This project wasn't just about building a sauna. It was about creating a backyard that genuinely makes you want to spend time in it. We were brought in to build this custom 4-person sauna as part of a wider landscape transformation, alongside an incredible custom plunge pool designed and built by Concrave and managed by JRA. Watching the whole project come together was inspiring.
The sauna might be our piece of the puzzle, but the plunge pool is a work of art. The blue-green tiles make the water absolutely glow, and watching Andrew at Concrave bring such a unique, completely custom pool to life from start to finish was seriously impressive. It's the kind of craftsmanship you can't help but appreciate.
Inside the sauna, we kept the details simple and intentional. A curved bench front softens the space; the HUUM Drop heater provides a beautiful, gentle heat; and the full-height window looks out onto the greenery, making the backyard feel like part of the experience.
The best part? Seeing our clients using it every week as their own place to slow down, switch off, and enjoy what they've created.

It took me a while to decide what brand of sauna I wanted to have at my home. I tried out plenty, but I loved that Luke and his team were so willing to make me a personalised build for our space.
